Amelia has a passion for helping people and a passion for fitness, that's why she set up AJP Fitness in 2016. She has been training clients at her private studio for over 8 years helping people improve their lifestyle and transform their body and mind through exercise and nutrition and managing daily habits.

Amelia is a keen runner and most of her own training revolves around getting fast and strong but she loves all types of training, movement makes her happy. When she isn't coaching Amelia loves travelling, watching live music, dog walks and running. Amelia believes that life is all about balance and helps clients make the most out of nutrition and training whilst also enjoying the best of life.

Amelia will help you transform your mindset toward living a healthy lifestyle whilst smashing your fitness goals and building confidence.

Claudia Thurlwell

Group Fitness Instructor

Classes: Bootcamp, Strength, Spin 

Claudia is a nurse and a level 2 fitness instructor with a specialist interest and passion in Diabetes and Menopause.

 

Health and wellbeing is a huge part of both her role’s supporting people to make positive changes with achievable goals to live a balanced happy life, prevent disease and boost longevity.

 

Having the opportunity to promote and teach fitness brings Claudia great pleasure and is a huge contribution to her holistic vision to helping others. She is passionate in helping you on your fitness journey, supporting you with mindset, goals, strength and confidence.

 

In her down time Claudia enjoys exploring and getting lost with her two dogs, running, spinning, meeting with friends and family and laughter!!

Nicola Walker

Group Fitness Instructor

Classes: Spin, Strength, Bootcamp

As a long-term gym enthusiast, Nicola – also known as Nic – joined the fitness industry following a successful career in investment management. She is a Level 2 Fitness Instructor with a keen interest in Kettlebell training and Spin.

​

Nicola knows all too well the stresses and strains the daily job can have, and she is keen to use her own experiences help others realise the extraordinary benefits of exercise on the body and mind. She is a meticulous planner and her attention to detail ensures clients get the most out of each class.

​

Nicola’s own fitness passion is strength training and she has recently taken up running. When not in the gym, you can find her walking with her springer spaniel, on her motorcycle coaching advanced training or volunteering at the local vineyard.
